How do I return goods to you for an exchange?

If you are in the UK

You have 14 days to tell us (by phone or email) that you wish to return the goods and a further 14 days in which to return them to us. Please return the goods to us in a clean, dry and unused state with all original packaging and labelling. You are responsible for any cost of postage incurred in returning the goods. You are also responsible for the goods while they are in transit to us so please ensure that they are packaged securely. You should obtain proof of posting. On receipt of the goods we will arrange for the exchange to be sent out to you as soon as possible. We will provide one exchange with no charge for postage for sending the replacement goods. 

If you are outside of the UK

You have 14 days to tell us (by phone or email) that you wish to return the goods and a further 14 days in which to return them to us. Please return the goods to us in a clean, dry and unused state with all original packaging and labelling. Please enclose a completed ‘Returns/Exchange Form’ (found at the bottom of this page). You are responsible for any cost of postage incurred in returning the goods. You are also responsible for the goods while they are in transit to us so please ensure that they are packaged securely. You should obtain proof of posting.

You must ensure any package is clearly marked 'Goods Returned to Vendor'.

 

How do I return goods to you for a refund?

You have 14 days to tell us (by phone or email) that you wish to return the goods and a further 14 days in which to return them to us. Please return the goods to us in a clean, dry and unused state with all original packaging and labelling. You are responsible for any cost of postage incurred for returning the goods. You are also responsible for the goods while they are in transit to us so please ensure that they are packaged securely. You should obtain proof of posting. On receipt of the product(s) we will refund the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card/PayPal account by which the original payment was made. 

You must ensure any package is clearly marked 'Goods Returned to Vendor'.

Provided the goods are in an as new condition we will refund the cost of the goods onto the card/PayPal which you used to make the original payment.  We will process the refund as soon as possible after receipt of the goods.  In our experience refunds can take up to 21 days to be shown on your card/PayPal account.

We are not able to accept special order items, DVDs, CDs, computer software, books or underwear for refund or exchange unless they are faulty.

 

What if my goods are faulty or you've sent me the incorrect product?

If we've sent you the incorrect product then sorry!  Please contact us at your earliest possible convenience and we will arrange for the correct product to be sent out to you.  We will refund your reasonable postage costs to return the original product to us.

Thankfully manufacturing faults are rare and we would expect these to become apparent shortly after the product is used for the first time.  There is an assumption that products purchased more than 6 months ago that have developed damage are unlikely to be faulty.  Please contact us as soon as you think your product may have developed a fault as we may be able to deal with it without having the product returned to us.  Please email us at service@rbequestrian.co.uk with full details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Health and Hygiene

In accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 we can only accept items returned to us for inspection if they are clean and dry.
