Delivery & Returns
Delivery
- We offer free delivery for orders over £50 within mainland Great Britain (please contact us for details of express delivery charges and those to Northern Ireland and the Islands).
- All orders £50 and under are charged at £4.99.
- All deliveries require a signature on receipt. You may wish to arrange to have any order delivered to an address other than your home, particularly if you are generally out during normal working hours.
- We aim to process your order as soon as possible. Orders received before 12pm will normally be dispatched on the same day provided we have the items required in stock.
- When your order comprises items that are both in and out of stock we will email you and give you the option to split your deliveries or wait until everything is in stock.
- Orders generally take 2 to 3 working days to be delivered where the required items are in stock.
- We currently send a large number of items across Europe. Please contact us either by phone or email if you would like us to send things outside of mainland Great Britain and we will provide information regarding delivery charges.
Returns
- We are happy to provide an exchange or full refund (less postage and packaging charges) on any item returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided they are returned in their original condition and with their original labels and packaging.
- Items returned after 14 days or items that have been soiled or damaged will not be refunded nor will they be eligible for exchange. For this reason please ensure that any items returned to us are appropriately packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage and the appropriate insurance for any items you return to us as we will not be responsible for them until they arrive at our premises.
- Please ensure that you enclose a covering letter stating:
- Your name and contact details as shown on the original order
- Your receipt number
- The reason for the return
- Whether you would like an exchange or a refund
- For the avoidance of doubt refunds or exchanges can not be given until the original items are received by us.
- We are not able to accept special order items, DVDs, CDs, computer software, books or underwear for refund or exchange unless they are faulty.
Health and Hygiene
- In accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 we can only accept items returned to us for inspection if they are clean and dry.
