With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

Please note: where you have bought a product as part of a promotional offer, any free gifts must be returned with the purchased items to obtain a full refund. Please email us at [email protected] with full details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.Please note that in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 we can only accept items returned to us for inspection if they are clean and dry, even if they are faulty.How and when will I be refunded?Provided the goods are in an as new condition we will refund the cost of the goods (less any relevant shipping charge) onto the card/PayPal which you used to make the original payment. We will process the refund as soon as possible after receipt of the goods, normally by the next working day. The warmth of a stable rug (like a turnout rug) is determined by its ‘fill’. In the UK this is typically measured in grammes with a higher number meaning a warmer rug. The weight your horse will need will depend on lots of factors such as: are they clipped/is their stable draughty or cosy/are they ill or old/do they generally feel the cold or are they a toughie? Feel your horse behind their elbow regularly to establish whether they’re warm enough (particularly after they’ve been in the stable for some time) and keep an eye out for other signs they’re chilly such as shivering and losing weight. Don’t forget though that being too warm can be incredibly uncomfortable for horses too so don’t ‘go thick’ unless they really need it!
