Protection level
When the air vest is inflated (which happens when the lanyard is pulled and the canister activated), it provides an incredible level of additional cushioning and stabilisation around vital areas. These include the neck, spine including lower back, chest, ribs and hips.

Quick activation
When the canister is activated, it takes next to no time for the air vest to inflate. It is designed to do so before the rider hits the ground. The cushioning air bags are inflated and ready to help reduce the force of impact and reduce the severity of any injury. Did you know? The Hit-Air jackets start to deflate once they have gone off. They’re designed that if the horse falls on top of you, the inflation gives the horse enough time to get up and away.
Light and sleek
Air jackets are slim, light in weight, and it’s easy to forget you’re wearing them! The design of Hit-Air’s collection means that you’ll look great and have unrestricted movement (in the deflated state). With Hit-Air, the canister and key ball are designed to be enclosed. This helps to prevent dirt entering the mechanism and also helps to reduce the noise when activated.
