RB Equestrian (your favourite place for everything horsey) has won at the 2024 British Equestrian Trade Association awards for Retailer of the Year (Retail Store) and Arlyne Peaker as Safety Equipment Fitter of the Year.
What Are the Awards?
The awards are given by the British Equestrian Trade Association (BETA). The initial stage is based on customer nominations and because they come from real people who shop with us, the awards genuinely reflect the great levels of service and choice we offer. It seems obvious but it means that people think we are really good at helping you find everything you need for horse riding, both in our shop and on our website.
The next stages are based on mystery shoppers and interviews, in the case of the safety fitter of the year. The judges then compile all the information they have gathered at each stage to reach their decision.
