UK Standard Delivery – Tracked 48 Hour Mail Service

We offer FREE delivery for orders over £30 within much of Great Britain.

All orders within most of Great Britain that are £30 and under are charged at £3.99.

These orders will be sent by a Tracked 48 Hour Mail Service either by Royal Mail or ParcelForce. Orders are delivered on a working day and our standard delivery is usually two working days but may be longer (it would be unusual to be longer than 5 working days).

UK Premium Delivery – Tracked 24 Hour Mail Service

We offer a premium delivery service for orders within much of Great Britain.

These orders will be sent by a Tracked 24 Hour Mail Service either by Royal Mail or ParcelForce. The price for this service is £4.99 regardless of the basket value.

Orders are delivered on a working day. Delivery is usually made the next working day but may be longer (it would be unusual to be longer than 2 working days).

Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland – Tracked 48 Hour Mail Service

We only offer our standard 48 hour Tracked service to these areas. The price is £7.99 regardless of the basket value. This is because of the additional costs of sending items to these parts of the UK.

When we will my goods be sent?

Provided the goods you have ordered are in stock and we receive your order by 1.00pm on a business day (ie Monday to Friday), we aim to dispatch them the same day (except on Wednesdays, when we are closed).

For orders received after 1.00pm on a business day or on a Wednesday or at the weekend we aim to send them the next business day (provided we have the items in stock).

Occasionally this may be longer if we require security authorisation from your payment provider or at particularly busy times. If there is a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you, by email, as soon as reasonably possible.

Deliveries Outside of the UK


We do not currently offer deliveries outside of the UK. If you would like to purchase an item from us but live outside of the UK, please contact us at [email protected] or call us on +44 (0) 1908 365335 to discuss your options. If we can send it to you, we shall try to do so.

PLEASE NOTE: where you are located outside of the UK you will be responsible for any duties and taxes payable on your order on arrival in your delivery country. Because customs policies vary between countries we cannot predict what these charges may be, nor do we have any control over them. If you would like to know what your liability may be we recommend you contact the relevant tax authorities in your delivery country before you place an order with us. Please be aware that delays at customs are outside of our control and may affect the time in which it takes your order to arrive with you.

Delivery problems
